Ya know, I'm a repeat offender. So I celebrate my many evil habits by doing them over and over again. So I'm away from home at a family wedding (go, Ben & Theresa!), and have taken a few days to explore Washington State. What a wonderful place. And Oh, darn, happens that we are staying in the very same town as the famed Shipwreck Beads. They have grown since my only other visit to them, something like 15 years ago. At least TEN times their former size. Perhaps they are taking over the world! So now you know. I'm a maker of beaded things, too. Shipwreck is so called by its very ability to shipwreck a credit card in under 30 minutes. They even have a coffee & juice bar for the Spouses & Children among us, who may accompany but can't hold out for heavy duty bead shopping. I am in utter awe.
I restrained myself seriously, buying only one tool, a few strings of beads, and a couple of findings. Really!
Shipwreck Beads. See their website. (If only I knew how to link to it here, but you can Google no sweat)
In what passes for Hog Heaven, and about to go play tourist in actual Seattle, ==Marjorie
